1. Introduction

9.1 An inactive account is an account that the user has neither logged in nor logged out of for 12 consecutive months (“Inactive Player Account”). We reserve the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of EUR 10 or its equivalent in another currency (or the current balance of the Inactive Player Account, if it's less) as long as the balance of the Inactive Player Account remains positive.

9.2 You authorize us to debit this fee from your Inactive Player Account beginning on the first day of the month following the day your account is deemed inactive, and on the first day of every subsequent month that your account remains inactive. We will cease to deduct this fee if your account balance reaches zero or if your account is reactivated.

10. Deposit and Withdrawal of Funds

10.1 Withdrawals from your account can be made through any method available on the Site at the time of the withdrawal.

10.2 We reserve the right to transfer funds in a manner that may differ from the payment method specified by you.

10.3 We typically process withdrawal requests within 24 hours.

10.4 The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is 0.5 TON.
